The name Kuranoya comes from the kanji for "Kura" meaning warehouse.
It is our hope to embrace the deliciousness of Japanese cuisine that incorporates natural blessings, such as miso and koji, into one "Kura",
and bring you wonderfully fermented and aged flavors.
